The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, in the interpellation called to clarify the initiative of the “Open Balkan” said that this initiative is “a mechanism to implement the Berlin process and to accelerate the integration process.”
Rama added that the Open Balkan is an initiative that is done for the benefit of the economy, as the removal of borders facilitates the movement of goods and increases exports.
