The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, has recently spoken about the situation in the north of the country, in which case he emphasized that Serbia and Kosovo are now at the closest point for reaching an agreement.
In an interview for BBC News, the Albanian Prime Minister said that the situation was provoked first by the Serbs, who left the institutions, and then by the Kosovo authorities “who insisted on sending these mayors in empty buildings”…
