Kosovo today officially applied for membership in the Council of Europe. Kosovo’s request will now be reviewed in several instances until a final decision is made. The Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, who spoke shortly before the application was made official, stated that they are 100% in support of Kosovo.
