The Microbiologist, Lul Raka, has spoken out against the idea of declaring a state of emergency. He has provided a range of arguments as to why there should be no total isolation.
Through a Facebook post, Raka said that, any decision taken must be analyzed in detail from all the perspectives and by relevant institutions, giving the best possible impact of the interventions undertaken.
