The Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission, Kreshnik Radoniqi, has said that after the complete report by the Kosovo Police on the security of the electoral process in the north, they will come out with a recommendation, since, according to him, the elections can hardly be held, risking the lives of CEC officials.
