The Ombudsperson considers that the protection of rights at work remains a concern, and according to him, such cases constitute 12% of the number of complaints that have been submitted to this institution during this year. The Ombudsperson, Naim Qelaj, says that citizens in Kosovo continue to face delays in court proceedings.
