The former Kosovo Police Director Rashit Qalaj, has completed his testimony in the Specialist Chambers in The Hague. Before the trial panel, Qalaj said that the Special Prosecution of Kosovo has not authorized the Kosovo Police to investigate the case with the files that were sent, by still unknown persons, to the offices of the KLA War Veterans Association.
