The Social Democratic Party (PSD) has filed criminal charges against the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti for the case of his declaration as a veteran of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA). In this criminal charge, according to the PSD, facts and evidence have been submitted to start the investigation against the head of the Government and for him to be brought to justice for his veteran status.
PSD chairman Daradan Molliqaj says that Kurti is a fake veteran and that his goal is not to fight the fake veterans but to tarnish the real veterans. Molliqaj says that Kurti was in the KLA but he was not a fighter.
