The chairman of the Social Democratic Party (PSD), Dardan Molliqaj said that the Government of Kosovo is forcing the citizens to pay twice for the same electricity. He said that the executive is committing a crime with the decision it has taken to allocate 20 million euros for the Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK).
