Citizens in North Macedonia expect a better future for young people after today’s presidential elections. Citizens who went out to vote said, among other things, that they expect the elections to be correct.
One of the Albanian citizens who used the right to vote in the Municipality of Saraj, said that the priority for politics in North Macedonia should be to provide perspective for young people, so that they do not run away from their homeland.
Another citizen asked every citizen in North Macedonia to use the right to vote for the presidential elections. Another citizen addressed the same request.
The citizens of North Macedonia today decide on their next president. This is the seventh presidential election, while the possible second round will be held together with the parliamentary elections on May 8.
There are also two Albanian candidates in the race, Bujar Osmani from the European Front, which is led by the Democratic Union for Integration (BDI) and Arben Traravari from the VLEN coalition, which consists of the Albanian opposition party in North Macedonia.
According to the State Election Commission (SEC) in North Macedonia, 3.85 percent of the citizens voted for the presidential elections by 9:00./KosovaPress/
