The President of the Republic of Kosovo Hashim Thaçi visited today the Dubrava Prison in remembrance of the Albanian prisoners killed 21 years ago at the Dubrava Prison by the state of Serbia.
The head of state said that the massacre at the Dubrava Prison is one of the most brutal, as it has been committed against vulnerable prisoners, which is contrary to any international convention and international law.
