The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu celebrates her 39th birthday today. Vjosa Osmani-Sadriu was born on May 17, 1982 in Mitrovica, Republic of Kosovo. She finished primary and secondary school in Mitrovica. She graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Prishtina, while she completed her Master and Doctoral studies in the University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania, USA.
She was elected as a MP in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo in five terms. In the last elections she was a candidate for President. On April 4, she took office as President of the Republic of Kosovo.
