Through an official response concerning the statements of Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, according to which the President had to report to the Assembly before going to the U.S., the Office of the President of Kosovo underlined that the President of the Republic of Kosovo is the highest constitutional institution that leads foreign policy, and that since December 2019 the Assembly has been asked to convene a session for the president to address the MPs.
