Alberit Sopa is the winner of the prize game worth 10 thousand euros, announced by the Kosovo Agency of Statistics Agency to find the correct number during the population census in Kosovo.
He had assumed that the total number of inhabitants will be 1 million 586 thousand 640, being closest to the number according to the KAS, which is 1 million 586 thousand 659.
After accepting the reward, Sopa said that getting the number closer to the real one was more a matter of luck.
Egzona Grajqevci from the evaluation commission said that the value of the reward is 10 thousand euros gross. She indicated that the criterion for winning the prize was that the participants find the correct number or close to the real number of inhabitants in the population census process.
Grajqevci mentioned that the prize game was open on the “e-Kosova” platform, whereas the total number of participants is 23,494.
The purpose of the game was to sensitize citizens to be part of the population census. /Z. Zeneli/
