Last night, the Kosovo Police prevented a case of smuggling goods.
As the Police has informed, two Serbian citizens tried to make an illegal crossing of the border crossing from the Republic of Kosovo towards Serbia. About 257 packages with about 90,000 eggs were found in their truck, for which the suspects did not have relevant documents.
Regarding the case, the vehicle was sent to the customs terminal in Mitrovica South, while after the interview, by order of the prosecutor, the suspects were released in a regular procedure.
