The Kosovo Police has arrested a person in Northern Mitrovica after he was caught red-handed while placing stickers in various locations, including the photo of the murdered terrorist Stefan Nedelkovic, part of the group of the criminal Milan Radojcic who organized the terrorist attack in Banjska on September 23, 2023.
The news for KosovaPress was announced by the deputy director of the Kosovo Police in the north, Veton Elshani.
“Last night around 01:00 in the morning, a person was found pasting some pamphlets that, after verification, led to the initiation of the case of incitement to hatred. This person has been detained by order of the prosecutor and so far four other people have been identified, three of them have been interviewed”, said Elshani.
He announced that material evidence was found that supports the offense of incitement to hatred and they are currently working to interview the fifth person in connection with this case.
“Except for the first person who was arrested, the other three were released after the interview in a regular procedure. All the persons identified or interviewed (including the detainee) are minors,” Elshani concluded.
