The Specialist Prosecutor’s Office will submit the preliminary file on the case of Pjetër Shala on January 28, 2022. This decision was taken at today’s conference on the progress of the case in the Specialist Chambers in The Hague, with a request for postponement by the SPO and which was not opposed by the defense.
