Kosovo institutions have not done enough against the diplomatic war of Serbia and Russia against our country. The mobilization and engagement of the Albanian lobby in America is considered to be necessary by the director of the KIPRED institute, Lulzim Peci, who says that Kosovo is not yet done with Russia. In an interview for KosovaPress, former ambassador Lulzim Peci says for KosovaPress that until Kosovo becomes a member of NATO, the Albanian lobby in the US should be very active in achieving foreign policy goals.
He criticizes the Kosovo institutions, which he says have done almost nothing in documenting war crimes, which Serbia and Russia have used to spread misinformation to countries that have no knowledge of Kosovo. However, he commends the Kosovo Intelligence Agency (KIA) for, as he puts it, preventing Serbian and Russian propaganda in the country.
