The Minister of Agriculture, Faton Peci, warned farmers that anyone who causes deliberate arson will be excluded from benefiting from the grant and subsidy scheme.
Minister Peci emphasized that they are in coordination with the relevant ministries in terms of monitoring and identifying these plots and intentional arsons.
