PDK wins Hani i Elezit without a runoff

The Democratic Party of Kosovo will henceforth lead Hani i Elezit. The PDK candidate Mehmet Ballazhi managed to win 50.98 percent of the vote, defeating the current independent mayor, Rufki Suma.

PDK also managed to win without a runoff South Mitrovica, Ferizaj, Skenderaj and Kaçanik.
