On behalf of the MPs of the PDK Parliamentary Group, MP Blerta Deliu-Kodra has submitted to the Constitutional Court the request for assessing the constitutionality of the decision of the Assembly of Kosovo on the allocation of 11 million euros, for the payment of electricity for the four northern municipalities of Kosovo.
Deliu-Kodra said that this decision of the Assembly, supported by the Vetëvendosje MPs and the Serbian List has damaged the budget of Kosovo, unconstitutionally taking the taxes of the citizens of Kosovo, to pay the electricity spent by citizens and businesses in North of the country.
