The Democratic Party of Kosovo, strongly condemns the threat of the dismissed Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, on the Constitutional Court.
The letter sent by the dismissed Prime Minister Kurti, is a violation of the principle of separation of powers. The text of that letter should be considered as a serious violation of the independence of the highest institution of the country, which makes the final interpretation of the basic act of the state of Kosovo.
