PDK candidate Besim Ilazi leads with 53.28 percent of the votes in the race for mayor of Kaçanik. He received 6,846 votes or 842 votes more than his opponent from the Vetëvendosje Movement.
Jeton Raka received 46.72 percent or 6,004 votes.
