The Kosovo Agency of Statistics (KAS) has published the Results of the Survey on the Use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for 2020.
These statistics show that during this year, 96.4 percent of Kosovo families had access to the Internet, while 3.4 percent of families said that they did not have access to the Internet from any device.
