The acting President Vjosa Osmani has made it clear to EU Special Envoy Miroslav Lajcak that the dialogue with Serbia should be reviewed in its entirety and that the issue of Kosovo’s sovereignty and constitutional settlement will not be discussed. After today’s meeting with Lajçak, Osmani in a press conference, said that a new chapter should be opened for dialogue. Meanwhile, he stressed that the association of Serb municipalities in Kosovo will only be in accordance with the Constitution and the decision of the Constitutional Court.
Acting President Vjosa Osmani called for unity and co-operation with the next parliamentary opposition for dialogue.
