The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani says that the families of the missing should be heard and that the process of clarifying their fate should be accelerated. This is what Osmani said in the meeting he had with the Regional Director of the International Committee of the Red Cross for Europe and Central Asia, Martin Schuepp.
