The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, received today the Special Representative of the European Union, Miroslav Lajcak, where she emphasized that the annex on implementation of the basic agreement agreed in Brussels should be in the spirit of the principles approved at the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, namely, the inviolability of the sovereignty, territorial integrity, constitutionality and functionality of the state of Kosovo.
