The President of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, received today the Apostolic Nuncio of the Holy See in Ljubljana, at the same time the Apostolic Delegate for Kosovo, Monsignor Jean Marie Speich. The relations of the Republic of Kosovo with the Holy See were discussed at the meeting. President Osmani thanked Speich for the care that the Vatican has consistently shown to the people of Kosovo.
Further, President Osmani expressed the conviction that relations with the Vatican can be further deepened and the readiness of the country’s institutions to work closely with the Holy See to further deepen this cooperation. On the other hand, Monsignor Jean Marie Speich thanked President Osmani for the reception and expressed his readiness and that of the Holy See for the continuation of cooperation and its further deepening.
