President Vjosa Osmani stated today that Kosovo and Greece share the same Euro-Atlantic values, so she asked for Greek support for membership in the Council of Europe, Partnership for Peace and NATO, as a guarantee not only for the state of Kosovo, but also the region.
She made these comments during a meeting with Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Dendias, where they also discussed the developments created after the Russian aggression in Ukraine.
Osmani reiterated the position that Kosovo is fully in line with EU and US sanctions against Russia, expressing support for the Ukrainian people and noting that Kosovo has already hosted a group of journalists from this country, as it is also open to housing other refugees…
