The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani has congratulated France on the occasion of the National Day of France – Bastille Day. President Osmani addressed the video message for this day in French, emphasizing that she feels happy for the achievements and for the friendship between the two nations.
Osmani said that she is happy that she is addressing on the day of the French nation in their language.
