The Speaker of the Assembly, Vjosa Osmani has addressed a series of criticisms against the Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti for institutional non-cooperation.
Although the Speaker of Parliament in today’s plenary session voted on the draft law on economic recovery, she said that if the government does not cooperate with the opposition in the second reading, it will not have her support.
