At the beginning of the session, the Speaker of the Assembly, Vjosa Osmani, warned all MPs to respect the protection measures recommended by the NIPH.
Osmani said that all the MPs, the administration and the government cabinet should keep a distance of two meters, wear the mask and speak from the seat, and that anyone who violates the rules will not be allowed to stay in the hall.
