The Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani has described the Prime Minister, Avdullah Hoti, as arrogant.
Responding to his statements that Osmani has always been wrong, the Speaker of Parliament said that the chief executive does not know what he is talking about.
