President Vjosa Osmani assessed as positive the statement of the Helsinki Committee which said that the ‘passivation’ of Albanians in Serbia is “a form of ethnic cleansing through administrative means”.
In a Twitter post, Osmani said that the international community’s response thus far has been insufficient.
