The President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani together with the Director of USAID Kosovo, Zeinah Salahi and in the presence of the Ambassador of the United States of America, Mr. Jeffrey M. Hovenier, signed today the fourth Amendment to the Development Objectives Grant with the United States of America, which envisions an additional gain of 31,994,644 US dollars.
