Acting president, Vjosa Osmani, in her address to the people at the end of the year, recalled all the people who died due to COVID-19, and she said that in 2021 a new chapter in the lives of citizens should begin.
In a video message through her Facebook account, she said that after a very difficult year, better days await Kosovo and its people.
