Kosovo and Serbia, with the mediation of the European Union, today agreed to implement the energy agreement signed in 2013 and confirmed in 2015. This paves the way for electricity billing in the four northern municipalities inhabited mainly by Serbs. From the position they say that they expect the agreement to start being implemented in 100 days while the opposition says that Vetëvendosje had opposed this agreement.
