The Basic Court in Ferizaj – Department for Serious Crimes, has imposed a one-month detention on the defendant R.M., Kosovo citizen, suspected of committing the criminal offenses of taking bribes and the criminal offense of exercising influence.
The court found that the defendant committed the aforementioned criminal offenses, and this grounded suspicion is supported by the facts and evidence, which are attached up to this stage.
