The Basic Court in Prizren has assigned one month detention to N.K who sexually abused a minor. The press release from the Court states that while the minor was alone at home, N.K had entered her house twice in a day, hitting her in the face and then forcing her to have sex.
Meanwhile, the Basic Court in Prizren, Department of Serious Crimes, approved the request of the Basic Prosecution of Prizren, to impose detention on the defendant NK, due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense: violation of Article 227 par. 4 point 4.8 regarding par. 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
