The International Firefighters’ Day, finds the firefighters in Kosovo in a very difficult situation. Undefined status, lack of definition of managerial competencies between local and central government, lack of working conditions, non-fulfillment of obligations by employers for compensation, are some of the main problems they face every day.
In addition to the many problems they are facing, they do not even have the basic conditions in their work facility.
