In a Facebook post, Redon Ismaili has announced that he has left the Gjilani team.
Ismaili leaves Gjilan after four full years with the club, as he revealed that he will continue his career outside of Kosovo, reports KosovaPress.
“After 4 and a half wonderful years in my club SC Gjilani, I want to announce that my contract has ended and I am now a free footballer. I have given everything of myself for the club both in good times and in difficult times, I have respected the jersey I wore to the maximum, but also the contract until the last day. I have decided to leave to continue my career outside Kosovo as I want to follow my dream of one day playing in a major European championship”, wrote Ismaili on Facebook.
Since being transferred from FC Vllaznia to SC Gjilani, Ismaili managed to make 41 appearances in all competitions, recording one goal and three assists to his name.
