The Minister of Defense, Armend Mehaj, has said that within the framework of bilateral cooperation with the Republic of Albania in the field of education and training, at the Professional Training Center for Non-Commissioned Officers in Zall Herr of the Republic of Albania, in the Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Course, five of our non-commissioned officers were certified, together with 40 brothers and sisters, non-commissioned officers of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Albania.
“Together, as always, we continue to increase the professionalism of our two armies”, wrote Mehaj on Facebook.
