The Minister of Economy and Environment (MEE), Muharrem Nitaj, through a press release has announced that he has decided to suspend the election of the Chief Executive Officer of “Post of Kosovo” on the grounds that the Law on Public Enterprises was not respected.
The press release of the MEE, states that “In the capacity of the Minister of the Ministry of Economy and Environment, which is a shareholder in the Enterprise of the Post of Kosovo, and with the recommendation of the Policy and Monitoring Unit of Public Enterprises, I requested the suspension of the selection of Chief Executive Officer of ‘Post of Kosovo'”.
