The Prime Minister of the country, Albin Kurti, has declared that they are ready for new elections, but he has emphasized that the opposition must be ready for this.
After the visit to the fair, Kurti said that it is important to vote on the international agreements, as he said they have remained “stuck”.
Two days ago, Kurti met the chairman of the PDK, Memli Krasniqi, with whom they also discussed the possibility of snap elections. He also met Mimoza Kusari-Lila from Alternativa and Donika Gërvalla from the Guxo initiative, but was rejected by LDK and AAK. Kurti is asking to go to the elections by dissolving the Assembly, with whom PDK also agrees, but LDK and AAK are demanding that Kurti resign first and then dissolve the Assembly.
