The resigned chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, says that they will be open for talks and dialogue on constitution of institutions.
Despite this will, Mustafa in a response to KosovaPress, says that he can not talk about the readiness of the new chairman, after Sunday’s Assembly, to immediately meet with Albin Kurti and Vjosa Osmani, on Monday.
