The chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Isa Mustafa, has reacted regarding the red ribbons placed on the pillars of the capital.
Mustafa says that the vote is an expression of political will, adding that he is not sure if the citizens know the symbolism of the red ribbons placed in Prishtina.
