The Minister of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, Liburn Aliu tells what will be the fate of the project for the Prishtina- Durrës railway. Whereas he gave more details about the benefits that Kosovo will have from this major project among Albanians.
In an interview for KosovaPress, Minister Aliu has shown how the infrastructural projects for the expansion of the Prishtina-Podujeva road, the project for Bujanoc, and the other road for Peja are being carried out.
Meanwhile, he says that the project for the Prishtina- Durrës railway transforms Kosovo into a main transit country and a distribution point for goods.
Minister Aliu says that they are working to finish the issue of feasibility in order to realize the project for the Prishtina-Durrës railway as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, he also tells about the infrastructure projects that are being carried out at the country level, that for Llapi, Dukagjini, and Valley.
Meanwhile, he emphasizes that they are working to manage the water caused by floods, for which he says, that in this way the situation of droughts, which inevitably awaits Kosovo, will be overcome.
On the other hand, the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama, during his stay in Kosovo, said that work is being done on the Prishtina- Durrës railway project for the best options. Meanwhile, he added that they are waiting for the feasibility study. /E. Krasniqi
