The Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning, Liburn Aliu has already arrived in the courtroom where the trial is expected to start for the case where he is accused of abuse of office, as director of Urbanism in the municipality of Pristina. A few days ago, the Basic Prosecution in Prishtina, the Department of Serious Crimes announced that Liburn Aliu, now Minister of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, was aware of the indictment for “Abuse of official position or authority”.
Aliu had denied a few days ago that there was an indictment against him for abuse of office during his time as director of Urbanism in the Municipality of Pristina.
