The Executive Director of the Kosovo Law Institute, Ehat Miftaraj, says that in order for the first round of the presidential vote to be consumed, there must be 80 votes in the ballot box. If this does not happen, according to him, it is considered that the voting did not happen at all, and can be repeated.
In today’s session, the first round of voting for the election of the President of Kosovo was repeated twice, as a quorum of 80 votes was not reached.
