The Executive Director of the Kosovo Law Institute, Ehat Miftaraj, says that the LDK has badly started the negotiations with the coalition partners to form the new government.
He says that in the new executive, which is intended to be led by the party of Isa Mustafa, the messages are clear that it will be a “megalomaniac” government, and with ministers convicted of corruption.
